Oleg Pronin Biography
The Trans -Baikal Magistral Winner of the contest, the operating locomotive depot, Oleg Pronin, in February, in February, in February, advanced his qualifications to the first class and literally after a few days fell into a non -standard situation when the passenger train led. Professional skill allowed him to find the only right solution to the problem in a matter of minutes. There were several kilometers of the journey before Chita, when at the Kadala station, an even path was blocked due to the emergency “window” near the power engineers.
It was March 16. Passed this place. They raised the current receiver, and the auxiliary vehicles of the electric locomotive did not start. We quickly found out the cause of the malfunction: the contacts in the time relay were burned.
My assistant Vladimir Strimilov and I spent about five minutes to eliminate it, no more. They arrived in Chita without being late. Behind the stingy words is an example of the highest professional skill that comes over the years, expands, deepens, improves and is honed from a trip to the trip. There were different ways to go for seconds for seconds and during this time I had to scroll through different options for solving the problem in order to dwell on the only true and thereby ensuring the safety of the train, the experienced driver had a lot.
And its roots are not only in professional skill, but also in character. He is one of those who have his own opinion and knows how to defend it, will never go to violation of job descriptions. In a word, flint. And for this he is appreciated by colleagues for work. And the leaders of the depot trust him with a column when, for one reason or another, there is no engineer-instructor.
They know that they will not fail. Oleg reached for the profession of a driver when he had not yet grown out of children's pants. A live example of a boy from Zilovo has always been before his eyes. Therefore, it is not surprising that since my childhood I listened to his stories about people of this profession, examples from the life of my father and his comrades, and when I grew up - instructions, how to prepare myself for a future profession, what qualities to educate in myself, to be worthy of our last name.
Indeed, their surname was in hearing in the village, whose life was directly related to the railway. Not only Anatoly Yakovlevich worked on her, but also his father, Yakov Pavlovich - as a locksmith in a wagon depot. So: from father to son, and then to the grandson, the tradition was transferred to the Transbaikal Railway to serve the Trans -Baikal Railway. The guys grew up, became adults, over the years they comprehended the profession and grew up in the masters.
Confirmation of this is the life of Oleg Anatolyevich. His formation in the profession of the driver was in the difficult e years of the last century. During the transition from one formation to another, the economy burst at the seams, and with it the country's railway transport. Oleg Pronin went through all this, was not at a loss, but only more strongly.
At the end of the year he returned to Zilovo - and immediately went to the depot. They wrote me to the courses of the driver's assistants. He did not study long. Very quickly put an assistant to the driver. I passed the exam, and in January I was sent an assistant to the brigade of Nikolai Altyshkin. He was a good mentor: he taught everything that he knew for himself. And the father’s lessons were never forgotten.
Perhaps that is why I was soon sent to the Chita Dortekhkol. Ten and a half months studied at the driver of both an electric locomotive and a diesel locomotive. The delays in the payment of money was then the norm, therefore it was difficult to live. Nevertheless, everything will ever end. The months of tense classes were left behind, and in July, the newly made driver returned to Zilovo.
After the running -in, he began to work independently in the cargo traffic. Oleg Pronin warmly responds to those who instructed him at that time: instructors-instructors Vladimir Vlasenko and Anatoly Stinov. In four years, he fell into various non -standard situations. And each time he came out of them with dignity. The profile of the path between Zilovo and Mogochi is complicated: protracted lifts and descents, endless curves, mainly small radius, when you see the tail of the train from the locomotive cabin.
The speeds were small, and the trains cannot be compared with the current heavyweights and longs. There was another trouble on 2TE10M diesel locomotives: turbines often burned. Once a locomotive, his number “” firmly settled in his head, went into a sprawl, and it became scary to me: Diesel was gaining momentum, could fly pistons. But we coped. These are the cases over the years, probably, grayers are added to the drivers.
In the year in the life of Oleg Pronin, an important event occurred: they decided to close the depot in Zilovo, leaving only a small number of locomotive brigades for the needs of economic and suburban movement. Many then moved with their families to Chernyshevsk or Mogoch. And Oleg Anatolyevich, who by that time had his own family, went to Chita. The formation in a new place was calm.
Maybe because many peers knew from studying at Dortekhkol and the Institute. And in the depot itself, from the first days, they reacted well, with understanding. True, the first time I had to live in a rented apartment. But the difficulties did not scare him.For six years he studied in absentia at an industry university, and before the defense of the thesis had to leave him - for family reasons.
It was hard, because I forgot a lot from the theory. Thank you, the comrades helped. I don’t even know if I would have been able to graduate from the university without their support or not? Life and work in a new place were a success, he believes. At first I went an assistant driver. The latter were more powerful than the old "ESCOS". And recently, modern Ermaki have been added to them.
The former enters the Chita section of the road from Belogorsk, and the second and third-from the East Siberian Railway. Today you have to work in both movements, because the passenger traffic in the Trans -Baikal section of the Trans -Siberian Railway has become less intense than before, and the cargo, on the contrary, increased. To avoid unproductive losses of working time, in one direction we are leading, say, a passenger train, and back - already a cargo.
Therefore, they should skillfully control all types of locomotives in both movements. And the high qualification of Oleg Pronin allows this. Moreover, it is supported by responsibility and love for the work of all life. So once Oleg taught his father. He teaches the youngest comrades today. After all, he has dozens of cases when only vigilance, skill and confidence in his abilities helped to leave the winner from the most difficult situations: whether it was a bursting rail, or a car that suddenly stopped on the move, or who did not want to turn on a wide horizons from his locomotive, and, I am sure, he will go far.
