As part of the implementation of the programs, the Soyuz-Sat, stationary and mobile means of management, acceptance and processing of monitoring information were developed and created.

Within the framework of the Electronic Russia targeted program, the KS Research Institute headed work and conducted specific developments to create a federal monitoring system for the most important objects of Russia.
