As a result, to launch the first stage of greenhouses, the most difficult complex worked without failures. It is natural that the then head of the economy, German Babochkin, noticed an active and initiative employee, and after leaving the post in the year, recommended him his receiver. In the same year, Konstantin Rupasov took office, already as the director of the enterprise. He and his wife at that time disappeared at work.

Even a child sometimes had to educate what is called - "by phone." Nevertheless, Konstantin Ivanovich always remained a good father. Sports and an active lifestyle contributed to a wide range of communication and a large number of friends among Konstantin Rupasov. Moreover, he was friends with very different people. I looked not at the rank, but at the human soul. And Konstantin Ivanovich himself was a man without excessive ambitions and lived very simply.

For example, above the resorts, he appreciated the vacation in the personal plot in Gusev. Despite the fact that the “greenhouse” provided the entire region and other regions with vegetables, its director himself raised cucumbers, tomatoes and potatoes for his family in his own garden. And even made repairs at home with his own hands: he shook the wallpaper and replaced the pipes.

They reached Moscow and, meanwhile, the state farm under his leadership annually improved production results and was finally awarded at the Moscow Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy of VDNH. Under the personal leadership of the director, such progressive methods of management at that time were introduced as growing vegetables in the extended cycle, dripping plants.

In all this work, Elena Zolotova, Deputy Director for Production, provided great assistance. In the year, a biocenter specialized in the cultivation of biological products of plant protection was earned on the farm. The candidate of biological sciences Vasily Ascheulov led this direction. New residential buildings surrendered annually, kindergartens were built. Thanks to this, in reconstructed greenhouses it was possible to achieve a crop of 35 kilograms of green crops from one meter. And this achievement can be called the personal success of its director Konstantin Rupasov. After all, the success of any enterprise largely depends on its manager.

This person could have done more, it is a pity that the heart of Konstantin Ivanovich stopped prematurely ... It would seem that a man left. But no, he is alive about him. In the local recreation center, the vocal team of “Sudarushki” continues to perform, created as the choir of the “Teplichnaya” state farm. This year, the nineteenth time was held by a mini-football tournament Rupasov.
