Daniil Kramer biography
People's Artist of Russia, laureate of the European Prize named after Gustav Malera Daniil Kramer was born in G. received an education as a pianist of the academic direction in the Kharkov secondary special music school, where at the age of 15 he became the winner of the republican competition as a pianist I award and as a composer of the II prize. Continuing music training in Moscow, he graduated from the State Musical and Pedagogical Institute.

In the year, a series of jazz music lessons were shown on the ORT channel, and a video cassette "Jazz Lessons with Daniil Kramer" was subsequently released. In the year, he became the musical editor of the Audio Cassett series under the general name "Modern Jazz of Russia", the purpose of which is to show the picture of Russian jazz at the end of the 20th century.
The pedagogical activity of Kramer began at the beginning of the 10th at the Institute. Then - teaching at the jazz department of the school named after Gnesins, and the jazz department of the Moscow Music School. Here he began to work on his first methodological developments, which were subsequently published by the methodological department of the Ministry of Culture of the USSR.
These developments are used in the educational process at jazz departments of music schools and schools to this day. In the year, Daniil Kramer opens at the Moscow State Conservatory for the first time in its history, the class of jazz improvisation. In Russia, collections of jazz plays and processing jazz topics, produced by various publishers, became popular. Since the year, Daniil Kramer has been intensively cooperating with the New Names, engaged in highly dressed children.
It is a kind of curator of the classic and jazz direction of this organization, works with talented children involved in classical music, developing in them also knowledge and understanding of jazz, the ability to perform jazz. The purpose of this cooperation is to achieve the appearance of galaxies of musicians in Russia, who can make jazz music an integral part of their repertoire, performing jazz as professionally as academic music.
As a result of this work, in the year, together with the "new names", a children's quintet "Classic and Jazz" was created, which in a short time of its existence has already toured both in Russia and abroad - in Germany and Slovakia. In the year, Daniil Kramer was awarded the title "Honored Artist of Russia", and in November he became the owner of the European Prize.
Gustava Malera. He has created the unique concert and gastrointestinal subscription "Jazz Music in Academic Halls" for many years, which has been going on with great success in many cities of Russia. Its touring activities outside Russia are very intense, and includes both purely jazz concerts, including with the famous violinist Didier Lockwood, and concerts with foreign symphonic orchestras, participation in jazz festivals and festivals of academic music, cooperation with various European performers and ensembles.
Daniil Kramer is also intensively engaged in organizing and conducting professional jazz contests in Russia. It was founded by a professional youth jazz competition, held in the city of the year in March for the first time in the history of Russia in Moscow in the concert hall of Pavel Slobodkin hosted the first international competition of jazz pianists, the initiators and co -organizers of which were Pavel Slobodkin and Daniil Kramer.
Daniil Kramer was appointed chairman of the jury of this competition, among the jury members were the most famous pianists from various countries of Europe and Russia.
