Question-answer question: how did you come to start to engage in qigong?

Answer: When I studied at the university, in addition to intensive studies, the guys and I were earned, and I also wanted to attend the sports section and be quite productive in my classes. And there was clearly not enough energy for everything. A visit to active sports sections was not very fulfilled by the task of maintaining energy. In any case, for me personally.

I was looking for something else. And then I was lucky to meet my first mentor in Qigun and Taijitzuan. This meeting turned out to be decisive for me: to realize myself, my place in practice and over time directed the vector of my interest in instructor activities. Question: How did you come to the decision to teach qigong to masseurs and osteopaths? Answer: During the period of my education at an osteopathic school, during the practical development of osteopathic techniques, I found that qigong helps me both to feel my own body and recognize the information that comes into my hands.

By that time, the experience of distinguishing intravenous sensations was accumulated during qigong practice, which became more intense, stable, holistic and voluminous with deep immersion in practice. Therefore, I had an assumption that osteopathic work can be made more comfortable on the basis of universal principles inherent in qigong, and that the ability to control attention, breathing and body in a state of qigong can be useful for the process of fine tuning osteopath.

I repeat, it is important that qigong helps to hear himself not only for more subtle setting and successful work with others, but also to maintain your own resource. Question: What pleases you in your activity in working with people? Answer: I am delighted with the successes and new opportunities of my students and students who are already good for 50, when they talk about changes in their lives: “I had to get my back less,” “I used to be bent in my knees before, but now I have a little squat”, “I have normalized pressure”.

Of course, practice is not a panacea from all ailments, but it definitely allows you to live life better and fully. Institute of Professional Massage Moscow, Masterkova, village of Leninskaya Sloboda, d. Avtozavodskaya,.
