Now smoking is no longer fashionable and not prestigious.

I support a toughest toughening policy. I was recently in Kazakhstan, so you can’t smoke in restaurants and bars there. At first it bent me, and then I realized that it was cool. Career, money in our pragmatic time, many think primarily about a career, sometimes leaving everything else in the background. For you, a career - what? I am convinced that everyone can achieve a result if he likes what he is doing if he is a fanatic of his business.

If he is passionate, he will have a career and money. When I came here, it was I who wanted to learn this specialty - public relations. I am a PR man. At one time, when I studied in Kazakhstan for journalism, I was spurred by the book by Pelevin “Generation Pi”. I never put money for myself in the first place. Career is more important. You chose the profession of a PR man, but didn’t, say, build a house or bake bread ...

Is it easier? I would like to change the profession in the future. At one time, he was even preparing to enter the architectural academy. I wanted to become a designer-architect. But somehow he went to journalism, and all this was delayed. And then he realized that he had missed a chance, as the architect needed serious artistic training. But while I got into the rut and try not to get out of it, to press on the gas, and not on the brake.

I have a life principle: not to stop, no matter what happens. There was, for example, the moment when I arrived in Novosibirsk and entered the second higher, to the 3rd year. I had to pass 12 exams in six months. I then forgot everything - parties, a musical group in which I played ... but I passed everything. How much money do you need a month to feel comfortable?

For happiness, I think, free time and money are needed. And with one and the other - problems. I have a family. And the deputy - as a public burden ... I think my family is a beloved wife and son for a year and two months - now 50-70 thousand rubles would have been enough. And how much is it necessary to not deny yourself anything? You have interesting questions ... At first I earned a journalist 10 thousand rubles.

I thought: that would be 15, and it would be easier. When I received 15, I thought: now it would be 20 ... Now I am earnings more, but I think there would be more ... I would like to have thousands of rubles for my personal life. And yet - a million per month in the electoral district so that it was possible to help people. I would spend money on children's and sports grounds.

What are you now forced to deny yourself?

Now the family needs a TV. I still have a TV from my parents. The screen sat down, and it became black and white. In theory, you need to buy at least a liquid crystalline, not plasma. There is no money. We bought a wardrobe. And do not be very upset. In general, you need to throw the telly and live without TV - most likely, I will act. Today I went by bus, and to me: “Artem, are you going by bus?

The deputies are immediately provided with the car. ” In fact, this is a myth that deputies immediately carry a lot of money, cars ... Tell me where they carry, maybe I myself go for money. You yourself are from Kazakhstan ... Yes, my homeland is Kazakhstan. But I have been in Novosibirsk for many years, and this is already my city. I feel comfortable here. Maybe in the first years I said here: “We have there,” and now: “We have in Novosibirsk.” This city has already become the second homeland for me. Although I can tolerate winter - I’ve been waiting for spring for a very long time.

Are you planning to move somewhere in the future?Previously, there was a feeling that it was necessary to Moscow, maybe abroad ... And then a family appeared, and I realized that you can look for yourself at least where, but the most important thing is to find yourself inside. When my family appeared, I think I found myself. We feel completely comfortable in Novosibirsk and are not going anywhere.

If you go abroad, then there you need to immediately get an education in order to feel competitive. And I don’t want to go and wash cups. Do you have friends for male friendship? I have some friends. Even fewer of them in Novosibirsk. It so happened that most of them are in Alma-Ata. In my experience, communication with friends is never lost. But sometimes long distances cut bridges.

The main thing is to maintain a relationship. Through social networks? I do not like to communicate over the Internet, although it is necessary. So, as you and I are now behind a cup of coffee, sit down and ask, they say, how are you? .. Personal communication is much more important. I am doing this, visiting friends at least once every few years. Probably, by virtue of your status of friends today, it is difficult to gain?

It is difficult to understand how they really relate to you - as a person or as a politician. In politics, it is easier for those who quickly know how to make the right friends. It's so hard for me. I do not like it. If I need something from a person, I will say better directly.
