He opened a rehabilitation complex that helps people with disabilities to return to a full life. It was a long -awaited event for me and for many, because all the conditions are created there so that people can recover after serious injuries or in diseases, to receive the necessary professional assistance through physical and psychological training. And my own tragic story encouraged me to open this center when, in the full time of years, I suddenly turned out to be paralyzed.

About the life of "before" and "after" about 13 years ago I was in a terrible accident. Then I studied in absentia at the 4th year at the Moscow State Open University at the Faculty of Mining and Neftyan. He worked as an oilman and studied. My first education was received at the oil college, and after the army I entered this university for a specialty of a mechanical engineer of oil industry equipment.

In general, there were many plans ... On that day after the session, we went with a friend, he was also an oil worker in his car: we took his documents to Ufa and slowly returned home to Tatarstan. A friend was driving, I was driving nearby, dozing. At some point, before the accident itself, I opened my eyes and saw the cabin of the truck ... Then there was a collision of the forehead in the forehead.

Then I lost consciousness, and when I woke up, they already brought me somewhere, saw a white ceiling and lost consciousness again. He came to his senses a few hours in the hospital, my mother was sitting next to me. From that moment, my life was divided into “before” and “after” for two weeks I lay in intensive care in the district center, then a friend agreed that I was operated on in Ufa.

I was made a terrible diagnosis - a fracture of the cervical spine with a strong bruise of the spinal cord. I was completely paralyzed, there was edema of the brain and lungs. After the operation in Ufa, which was done only after a month and a half, as it was held by a very high temperature, continued to lie without any movement. My life could not be called life ... But time passed, I began to think about everything, think about what to do next, and slowly began to engage in exercises.

More precisely, my mother made them for me. Somehow the instructor prompted me an exercise for the lungs, then others. Naturally, there was different treatment. At this time, for my happiness, I met a very good doctor in the hospital, who told me that I need to start visually, how I ran, jumped, moved, recall my happy moments. And after two months of these visual training, my first thumb on my leg stirred!

Further there were constant training, very serious rehabilitation. In Ufa and Kazan, for the first year, I stayed in hospitals for 10 months. And all this lasted for a long time until I had a happy case and I was not in the hospital in Germany. About the first steps, one State Duma deputy from Tatarstan took me to the program of his charity fund. As a result, they decided to send me to Germany for examination.

Upon learning of this, I was very happy, I thought that since such a chance appeared, then the operation will help me there! I hoped that everything would work out and someday I could walk on my own. True, at this time I was already moving a bit, I went with sticks and with my mother’s support. All this happened thanks to training that I had constantly, every day in hours, and, of course, treatment.

As a result, we raised money all over the world and arrived with my mother to the city of Frankfurt at the university clinic. And there, after a complete examination, it turned out that I did not have some very severe trauma, but ... a rupture of the spinal cord. At the same time, the doctors simply spread their hands: “How is it possible to move with such a diagnosis?!

They don't go with him! They began to drive me to various professors. They said that further operation is generally impossible, because they have not yet learned to build the spinal cord in the world. At first I was very upset, but then I pulled myself together and I think: “But I go when no one even rises with such a diagnosis! So everything is possible! I agreed with the one who sent us to Germany for rehabilitation to the city neighboring with Frankfurt, where it took it for a month and a half.

Then I went there two more times, and each time the result was better and better! And what I was taught there, I already used at home, I was engaged. In general, many people helped me. I almost got to my feet thanks to faith, rehabilitation, support of relatives, friends, the advice of wise people, treatment. And at this time, when I realized that everything is possible, that the mountains are not far off when I can walk and do everything myself, one person told me: “When will you start to treat people yourself?

For me it was a complete surprise. I told him: “How am I? I myself need help! And then he gradually began to think about his words: after all, it turns out to help myself, why not help me as well as?! For help from people, this is how I came to the fact that I began to transfer my experience. Many in our small town knew about me, my story and began to contact me.

These were mainly people with various injuries and cerebral palsy.Even with small children they treated! One or two people came right home, my mother and I went to someone. I told them, showed the exercises that I was taught. Then more and more people began to turn. I was happy to help everyone. I did not think how many people came, but, probably, for all this time a hundred people accurately turned for help.

Someone several times, someone is once. That is, I have been doing this for five years and I never refuse anyone. He was engaged in a certain complex of rehabilitation with them, which developed based on his restrictions. In addition, he developed simulators. It began to come to mind, so if there was such and such a such simulator, it would have got a greater effect, some movements can be made with them.

I came up with drawings, asked relatives and friends to make them. As a result, we have made three such simulators with a artisanal way. Both I and people are engaged in them.

By this time, I have become more independent, but now I have been walking with the canes now. And the motivational, psychological support for each such person is also very important, an example should be given, told, supported spiritually. Such escort is necessary constantly. As a result, only in Bavlah five people got to their feet, began to move. They also come to me from other regions, three are constantly being addressed from Bashkiria.

For example, one man with a cervical vertebra injury was brought. He was completely paralyzed, and after a year of our studies he began to sit, “crawl out” from his room, dress independently, and recently he had a movement in his legs! One lesson usually lasts about one and a half to two hours. Classes once a week. I also give people homework; That is, there is a learning process. They study at home, keep their diary, show me what they did within a week, then we complicate the classes, add or remove something.

What does it give me? I have already said that a lot of people helped and helps me and I want to thank, even if not these, but others. I want to say thanks to our Lord and all these people! About the complex “I can do everything” in the year, one doctor told me: “You have a big practice, you need to act on medical, learn theories.” Since I told me the second. After a while, he again asked if I did.

I say not yet. And when I once again asked the same question, I replied: “That's it, I understood. And the next year he entered the Kazan State Medical University. Last year, he graduated with honors. That is, the theory has appeared! And I got into my happiness, I studied and continue to study with smart people the dean of the faculty, which recommended that I release my articles.

So I had the idea to create my own rehabilitation center found out that you can participate with your project to receive funding, get a grant and help already. At first, I issued this project in the form of an article, then funds from the Presidential Grants Fund for the development of civil society in the nomination “Social services, social support and protection of citizens” in the amount of thousands of rubles, the Tatneft PJSC in the framework of the implementation of socially significant projects in the Sport nomination in the amount of thousands of rubles and others were used.

And so, on May 9 of this year, the sports and rehabilitation complex “I can do everything” was solemnly open! To accommodate the center, the city municipality allocated a room with square meters. Both Tatarstan and residents of neighboring regions come to rehabilitation. I also began to negotiate with manufacturers of simulators. The first batch of five was made, it is already in our center.

The second of the ten new simulators on the way, and we will soon go to testing.
