Planning - you are a person with Leningrad hardening, what did she give you besides intelligence? Maybe in the east, based on the mentality, there should be powerful and hard people at the helm? When, within three days, people at the rally demanded my resignation, I acted tactfully.

Of course, it was possible to pacify the crowd, go ahead, do not leave the post. But practically the reins of government were not with me, but in Moscow. Therefore, at the convened extraordinary session of the Supreme Council of the Republic, he said: "I will leave, but you will regret it." As for the Leningrad hardening, I studied at the Tajik school and, when, after an industrial technical school, I entered the Leningrad Mountain Institute, I knew the Russian language poorly.

He studied books day and night. Being students, we and my friend entered evening courses, where we studied literature and art. It was in Leningrad that I began to understand what opera, ballet, painting are. All this later came in handy. And most importantly, life taught not to speak, but to listen to people. When I was the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Republic, on Saturdays I had a receipt day.

Sometimes he took up to 70 people, tried to listen to everyone, but at first he gave the installation: the issue should be correct and solved within the framework of the law. I remember the case when a woman came to me who had something happened to my son. They talked with her for a long time. At the end of the conversation, she said: “Thank you, I understood everything” and, having pulled a kitchen knife out of her bag, put it on the table and explained that she was in such a state that she decided: if I did not listen to her, she would kill either me or herself.

Rogun was necessary for the republic, because exporting electricity, it was possible to raise the well -being of the people. It was planned to be produced even by electric triggers. We even had an experimental tractor on an electric motor, for which it was enough to spend a cable to Earth. And in the future, electricity would cost the people for a penny, if not for free. Once I was aircraft designer Farrukh Muhammadov, whose shoulders there was experience at two aircraft factories, and proposed the idea of ​​building a local airline in Tajikistan - a branch of the Novosibirsk Aviation Plant, which could provide work of 10 thousand people. We went to Moscow. We had to spend three years on the upholstering of thresholds of various departments.

Of the three planned buildings, one was built. Already ordered equipment, conducted communications. They planned at first to build sports aircraft, and in the future go to passenger for short distances. Here we planned to build a large mine that would give 1 million tons of coal, and hydroelectric power stations on kW. If the union lasted at least another five years, then the Rogun, and the aircraft factory, and the tunnel would be built. The engineer is not a politician - one of your opponents said that you are a good engineer, but not a politician. What do you think about this?

During this period, the construction of the South Tajik production and territorial complex began, the Tajik aluminum plant, the Javanese irrigation canal, the Termaz-Kurgan-Tyube-Yavan railway were commissioned. In the middle of X in the capital, a unique cinema concert complex appeared - Kochi Borbad. Now I remember and amazed. At that time, the construction of large facilities was impossible without Moscow.

Of course, I am a Muslim, I know prayers, but I think that it’s enough to be a pure soul, and God will forgive. It was Aini's language. When we began to closely be friends with Persian -speaking countries, it became more difficult to understand our language. Now I don't understand him at all. At the end of x, when unfamiliar words first appeared in the newspapers, he called the editors: “Comrades, what are you doing?

After all, tomorrow people will cease to understand the essence and will not read newspapers. ” They temporarily stopped, and then began again. Look around why children have become less educated in schools?

They do not understand anything because of the complexity of the language. Previously, the language was simple and understandable, not academic. And in the history of Tajikistan, this was the most democratic parliament, the deputies were representatives of other parties and political movements. At the first session, you suggested holding the election of the chairman of the parliament on an alternative basis.

Opposition deputies nominated the city of Pallaev, the former chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Council and the party functionary, and the Communists - your candidacy. You won. At the end of the year, the same parliament chose you with the president of the republic ... - What happened. Then the same parliament forced me to resign, accusing me of February events.
