Victor Sirenko Biography

The author Maxim Osipov Viktor Sirenko: In medicine, our countries are the same about what is happening today with healthcare in the Union State, we talked with a member of the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia on Social Policy, Science, Culture and Humanitarian issues, high -tech operations in Belarus became an article of export.

What did it succeed in? Outside of competition, the services of cardiological and oncological medical centers. Foreign experts are actively studying our extensive experience in orthopedics and traumatology. In general, Belarusian healthcare is highly specialized, and this is very pleasing. What is interesting in Belarus and vice versa? You can argue for a long time which system is better, but the main thing for us is quality.

I would like to cooperate more in the field of innovation: technological, organizational, economic, medical and pharmaceutical. Within the framework of the Union State, it is necessary to work on them more and deeper. In Russia, there is a target state program “Development of the pharmaceutical and medical industry” up to a year, which will increase the share of depository drugs to ninety percent.

We are only going to this: the Belarusian market is still filled with its preparations by sixty percent. It is clear that Russian products will come to us, which is also extremely important for Belarus. The main problems are life expectancy, oncological and cardiovascular diseases - general for our countries. I think that financing and scientific research should be focused on the joint development of new technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of these pathologies, as well as the development of new drugs.

We could develop - relatively speaking, shares and in directions - something joint for citizens of Belarus and Russia. Pharmaceuticals are a zone of national security. Markets should be closed only from low -quality goods. This applies to food and drugs. How do you evaluate regional cooperation? And interregional cooperation is more manifested in the participation of our specialists in various conferences held in Moscow, St.

Petersburg, Minsk. Different directions: cardiology, oncology, traumatology, emergency medicine. That is how interregional contacts are taking place today. Previously, there was a single platform, and the centers of retraining of the medical composition were throughout the USSR. But the gap of previous relations left the possibility of such educational programs only in the form of internships.

Today, such help can be obtained without traveling outside the Minsk ring road? The groups and 3rd named after Klumov’s clinical hospitals in Minsk, the Minsk Regional Children's Hospital in terms of ophthalmology are no worse than our neighbors - both from the east and from the west. The only in Belarus of the RSPC of children's oncology, hematology and immunology is included in the leading world five centers of children's hematology.

Foreign experts highly assess the level of RNPs of oncology and medical radiology. Our school of orthopedists and traumatologists was known during the Soviet Union. These clinics are known both in Russia and outside the union state. Not to mention cardiology, transplantology. What is our fellow countryman, a native of the Minsk region Yuri Ostrovsky - a cardiac surgeon, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, a member of the Russian Association of Cardiovascular Surgeons.

We are proud of these people. He graduated from the Minsk State Medical Institute, the Academy of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Victor Sirenko Biography

He worked as the head of the department of the Borisov city hospital, the head physician of the Minsk Regional Hospital, the city ambulance station, the chairman of the healthcare committee of the capital's executive committee, and the head of the regional health department. Now he is the deputy chairman of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee. He was awarded the medal "For Labor Merit".

Will it be available to both local residents and Russian friends? We work on the maximum availability of it for patients. Including with cardiological problems and neurological pathologies. For example, in Soligorsk, for the first time at the district level, the endovascular method of treating myocardial infarction was introduced: the first Angiograph apparatus was put here in the Minsk region.

Operations with his help allow the patient to leave home from the hospital already on the second or third day. Its cost is more than one and a half million dollars. But effectiveness allows the state much more. In the future, such complexes will appear in two large district centers of the metropolitan region - Borisov and Molodechno. In parallel, we develop information technologies, because it is necessary not only to store medical data, but also to accelerate their transmission, systematize.

The Academy of Postgraduate Education oversees the healthcare of the Minsk Region, its professors consult patients, participate in surgical treatment. This has long been not fantasy, but reality. Most importantly, citizens of all countries of the world can use the services of our doctors. For this, there are a contractual relationship, and between Belarus and Russia - at the intergovernmental level.

As a result, we provide emergency medical care for free, there are no problems with consultations on high -tech operations either. Russians who come to us for treatment are very satisfied with its quality. This also applies to healing systems - places in sanatoriums are usually disassembled for many months in advance.
